Veera Muksikapong should have been released in exchange of classified information concerning his big boss implication (a particular Mr. T) in the guidance of the red shirts movement, and the Phua Thai Party.... And not in exchange of a six million baht bail!

Thailand has so many leaders, politicians, businessmen, gangsters and others with blood on their hands. They walk the streets freely because ... well, in Thailand crime pays. It always has. It's one sick country.

another bomb victim will probably die and suprise suprise--- Veera's bail appeal is granted. Charge him with violation of SOE and he can be rightfully locked up in jail for 1 year just like other red shirts have been. he should not be walking the streets , nor should jutaporn, both violated the SOE and deserve 1 years immediate jail. The terrorism charges can proceed normally and you will have them safely and legally behind bars ready for their cases to occur

DEE CHAMPA FOU NAN are you serious??? Sadly. I believe you are. You are very deluded in your thinking and the just a little bit rascist. Not all Europeans and Americans are out to get you and steal your money, and your country. We are not here to rape the nation. If you open your eyes and your heart you will see that most people really do want to live in peace and harmony. The world is moving towards unity and trust. Believe and behave as if it is true and it will be. I hope you find some peace and love in your life.

THAIS MUST NEVER TRUST THIS "GLOBAL" POWER SHARING NONSENSE!!!!!!!!! first they say we are your friend!! 15-20 years later they'll be invading you, taking over, killing you and stealing everything dirty, filthy lying locusts THAILAND AND ASIA MUST BE RUN BY ASIANS NOT EUROPEANS

A sad thing about lots of places in Thailand is the lack of animals. People seem to have the idea that if an animal can't be eaten then it should be killed. So all the turtles, frogs, birds and small mammals are eaten and all the rest are killed because they have no value. This happens even in the urban areas. One day Thais will have to travel abroad to see real nature.

By the fact that nothing gets done in Thailand, corruption is rampant, and criminals see Thailand as a place of refuge or opportunity, there are only two possibilities about the state of the nation's leadership and powerful figures; first, they are weak and powerless or they are in fact apathetic and pro-crime and corruption. So which one is it?

Thailand needs to get rid of the sugar and junk food. Why? Look at your future: America is no example for health. 60% of Americans are fat, 10 to 20% are diabetic, the country has a growth rate of autism from 1993 to 2008 of 1779% Health issues are going to rip this nation to pieces. Thailand won't be able to cope.

The answer you need will be in.. well... sometime far away from now and then when that time comes we'll have to delay it again and after that again. What does it mean when a country's legal system can't ever make a decision final? Is Thaksin actually guilty? Sounds funny doesn't it but plenty of foreigners are unsure about that because well in Thailand things never are cut and dry. It's a card game with an unlimited number of new cards to pull from the middle.
Guilty but then... , We'll see... (7/15/2010 6:51 AM)

Quality of life is depend of individual health that lead to be able to performance daily task. No point if you are in no good health sitting down whole day doing nothing waiting for someone to give hands out. Quality of life is family, work, friends, relatives and a hobby. and also contribution to the success of the company you work for, business and the Nation as a whole.

Mandy Ayutthaya, when you will be old you may realize this if new generations will not care for you and will never listen to you. The voice of new generations does not guarantee the success always, but the voice of old people with a lot of experience may be neccessary to guide the new generations to the success. I don't think you want to grow old useless, do you ? P.S. I've heard that there so many red shirts in Wangnoi ?

Thailand needs to focus on quality in all areas of life. That is the solution to the problem of the poor and the rest of the problems affecting Thailand. Quality over quantity. Less is always more in the end. A piece of gold is worth a hundred thousand pieces of junk metal.

As the more and more Thais have access to the world outside of the countryside, they demand better. You can't expect those who come to work in factories to work at slave labor wages forever. At some point in all our lives, we realise that we are going nowhere. Many who've worked for years to see little gain are realising this. Disgruntled employees are a danger to all of society. It's a world problem. Here in Thailand where there is such a gap between the haves and havenots, it adds to pressure for real change.
Voice of the obvious , BKK (7/13/2010 7:36 AM)
There's still no real democracy, justice or freedom of speech in Thailand. Just a fact. Every post here is censored because we know they have to be or well we could face jail time. Just a fact. Don't ever think that what you read on Thai websites or in Thai newspapers is uncensored. It's all censored by the person who writes it. That is a fact. Because in Thailand just unthreatening words about the truth can send you to jail.
